This group is for ages 18+ and consists of weekly lessons that are the most prominent skills recommended for strong mental and emotional health. Example topics include: mindful living, healthy emotional expression, assertiveness training, keeping a work/life balance, dealing with difficult people, healthy romantic relationships, healthy sexuality, and coping with daily stressors.
